In TAD 0-13 we believe in education first. We are a school focused on different aspects of the art of coaching and program design. We teach how to apply those elements in the strength conditioning field, to form a unique layout of knowledge and information.

The " EDUCATIONAL LAB "  main goal is to teach the future coaches how to quickly and safely design and use the pre-built TAD 0-13 protocols ( at the end of the certifications, the new instructors will be added to a private network where they will find a showcase with ore the 200 videos and 5 road book with protocols for GPP and specific periodization ) in order to achieve individual or team goals. He will learn how to design training that can be adapted based on sport-specific needs or occupational requirements.


TAD 0-13  protocols have been intelligently built to be fully accessible at all levels. Anyone can approach it, from the untrained person just starting out, to highly fit operators needing an advanced challenge.


We use different tools like barbells, Clubs, kettlebells and body-weight exercises, isotonic machines, and sleds. All are selected to stimulate variability, giving ideal neural activity and muscular adaptation to the requirements of the athlete. The user is taught how to train and maintain good health in any place, even without a fully equipped gym.
We also educate the subject to investigate, then remove, excess tension, or other sources of restricting force that inhibit performance. This is achieved using mobility drills, correct breathing, and an understanding of brain wave optimization during the effort.
The training works right through to the “release” and recovery phases so that hormonal levels will gently return to an ideal state, allowing strength and performance to be improved.

Online Lectures

The new format is built around 4 online sessions. Lectures will be held by a team of highly qualified coaches coming from partner schools and for the TAD 0-13 Technical Lab.  Approx 20 hours online. This new format will give the future TAD 0-13 instructor a deep inside of the "Educational Lab" give an opportunity to come to the live seminar with a more understanding of the certification's manual and be more prepared for the physical and written exam.

During the 2 days live sessions,  we'll undergo physical applications and physical exams.

 A final written exam must be submitted within 30 days after the live session in order to be approved and added to the TAD 0-13 e-learning platform

In TAD 0-13 crediamo prima di tutto nell'educazione. Siamo una scuola focalizzata su diversi aspetti dell'arte del coaching e della progettazione di programmi. Insegniamo come applicare questi elementi nel campo del condizionamento della forza, per formare un layout unico di conoscenze e informazioni.

L'obiettivo principale del "LABORATORIO DIDATTICO" è insegnare ai futuri allenatori come progettare e utilizzare in modo rapido e sicuro i protocolli TAD 0-13 precostruiti (al termine delle certificazioni, i nuovi istruttori verranno inseriti in una rete privata dove troverà una vetrina con i 200 video e 5 road book con protocolli per GPP e periodizzazione specifica) al fine di raggiungere obiettivi individuali o di squadra. Imparerà come progettare una formazione che può essere adattata in base alle esigenze specifiche dello sport o ai requisiti professionali.


I protocolli TAD 0-13 sono stati progettati in modo intelligente per essere completamente accessibili a tutti i livelli. Chiunque può avvicinarsi, dalla persona inesperta appena agli inizi, agli operatori altamente in forma che necessitano di una sfida avanzata.

Utilizziamo diversi strumenti come bilancieri, mazze, kettlebell ed esercizi a corpo libero, macchine isotoniche e slitte. Tutti sono selezionati per stimolare la variabilità, conferendo attività neurale e adattamento muscolare ideali alle esigenze dell'atleta. All'utente viene insegnato come allenarsi e mantenersi in buona salute in qualsiasi luogo, anche senza una palestra completamente attrezzata.
Educhiamo anche il soggetto a indagare, quindi rimuovere, la tensione eccessiva o altre fonti di forza restrittiva che inibiscono le prestazioni. Ciò si ottiene utilizzando esercizi di mobilità, respirazione corretta e comprensione dell'ottimizzazione delle onde cerebrali durante lo sforzo.
L'allenamento funziona fino alle fasi di “rilascio” e recupero in modo che i livelli ormonali tornino dolcemente a uno stato ideale, consentendo di migliorare la forza e le prestazioni.

Lezioni online

Il nuovo formato è costruito intorno a 4 sessioni online. Le lezioni saranno tenute da un team di coach altamente qualificati provenienti dalle scuole partner e per il Laboratorio Tecnico TAD 0-13. Circa 20 ore in linea. Questo nuovo formato darà al futuro istruttore TAD 0-13 un profondo all'interno del "Laboratorio didattico" darà l'opportunità di venire al seminario dal vivo con una maggiore comprensione del manuale di certificazione ed essere più preparato per l'esame fisico e scritto.

Sessioni dal vivo

Durante le sessioni live di 2 giorni, ci sottoporremo ad applicazioni fisiche ed esami fisici.

Un esame finale scritto deve essere presentato entro 30 giorni dalla sessione live per essere approvato e inserito nella piattaforma e-learning TAD 0-13

Strength/Techniques 

In TAD0-13 we strongly support the high-quality standards proper of SFG & SFL schools. For this reason, we suggest using their technical parameters to prepare for our test. TAD 0-13 we are not focused on teaching barbells techniques, we are building coaches and teaching how to program a strength or conditioning cycle or a session and analyze which tools are better to achieve the goal. We also know how important for a strength conditioning coach is to have a basic understanding of the fundamental lifts.

Pull-up hollow body: The student is allowed to reset his grip

every rep for a max recovery time of 10”, must clear the bar with

the chin.

Ring or bar dips: Student must achieve a stable, hollow body and

fully extend and lock the arm at the end of the press.

Test

Bodyweight & CluStrength Tests

 

90/30 protocol x 1 round

The student must perform all 90 seconds of work without rest with a 30-second recovery between stations.

The student must be able to go through regression and progression to show knowledge of the different technical levels, proper breathing, and arousal management.

Club-Strength test.

The student must complete the test in a max CAP time of 18.’

The test is valid only with the use of 2 pairs of Clubbell.

NOTE: Due to the COVID situation and legislation, you must bring a valid medical evaluation paper that proves you can sustain sports activities. Bring a mask to wear anytime you are not involved in the physical work. Bring a bag to store all your belongings and a pair of shoes to use in the gym only. You will be required to check fiver and file a COVID  19  format with all your details before proceeding into the training facility.

Testing Exemption

In a rare case, a highly accomplished national or international coach or a student may be exempt from the physical tests due to a chronic injury. The exemption will be approved by the HQ on a case-by-case basis. Requests for exemptions must be sent by email prior to the event.
